The Defense also stepped up and in a big way.  The evening competition concluded with a goal line competition where the CV Defense was relentless.

After practice, the coaching staff spent time with the team and each captain, along with a number of leaders spoke about what leadership meant to them.  Coach Casebier reinforced the need to have great leaders and delivered and inspirational speech.  “We can play.  We can win.  You have to believe in yourselves and each other.  Let’s continue the progress tomorrow”.
